Asbury Automotive Group in Frisco, TX seeks an Internal Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You will present and sell maintenance products and services to the Used Car Manager, ensuring alignment with manufacturer schedules while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will handle repair estimates, communicate timelines to customers and technicians, answer service calls, schedule appointments, and strive for high CSI.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner with the used car manager to generate a complete and accurate estimate of repair.
• Advise on care and maintenance values per manufacturer specifications.
