Asbury Automotive Group seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, gather vehicle information, and promote needed services while aligning with manufacturer maintenance guidelines. You will prepare accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers and technicians, aiming for high CSI and satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, phone and computer skills, with prior automotive service advising preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor is highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Generate complete and accurate repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls and maintain appointment schedules.
• Follow warranty guidelines and CSI goals.
• Protect customer, company and manufacturer information.
