Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor to greet guests, collect vehicle information, and explain required maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.

You will generate repair estimates, coordinate with technicians, and communicate completion times while ensuring excellent customer service and CSI. Prior advisor experience is preferred and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up to drive CSI
