Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct to correct person.
• Manage Outlook calendar for providers and clinics.
• Handle incoming mail and communications related to case authorization.
• Verify registration information with patients and third-party payors.
• Provide patient/family instructions as directed by clinical team.
• Coordinate pre-procedural testing and scheduling of services.
• Assist in maintaining department workflows and case scheduling.
