Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will own leadership messaging, plan announcements, and manage the SharePoint site as the primary channel, while supporting Vibrancy Awards and other initiatives.

You will partner with SVP/VP leaders to craft on-brand communications, manage calendars, and ensure consistent, engaging content across channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years collaborating with VP-level leaders to produce on-tone, on-brand messaging.
• 2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• 2+ years of exceptional writing and editing, adaptable voice for leaders/audiences.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities, workstreams, deadlines.
• 2+ years demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ years using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC; write communications and leadership messages in authentic voice.
• Advise SVP/VP-level leaders on communication strategy and manage large announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging.
• Anticipate communication needs around organizational changes and priorities.
