Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience across front-end operations, merchandising, and store safety in our Las Vegas store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the role includes acting as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, training crew, managing cash and opening/closing procedures, and driving sales while controlling expenses. This temporary position offers real leadership exposure during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal contact and outstanding service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and handle store operations.
