Five Below, Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help lead front-end operations, handle cash, merchandise the floor, and maintain cleanliness and safety. You may take on Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.

The role is temporary, part of the management team, with a focus on delivering WOW customer service and driving sales during peak periods.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
• Assist with front end operations, cash management and safety.
• Oversee store associates and daily tasks.
• Open/close store procedures and security.
