Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to guide front-end operations and drive sales as part of the temporary management team. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on customer experience, training, and efficient store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations and staff.
