Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead reporting to the Store Manager to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. The role covers front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, safety, and driving sales. You will also assume Manager On Duty duties during assigned shifts.

This temporary position offers leadership exposure during peak seasons or to cover a manager’s leave, with emphasis on coaching associates, maintaining store standards, and supporting the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their duties.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
