Five Below is recruiting for an Interim Support Lead to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist with front end operations, cash management, merchandising, cleanliness and safety, while taking on Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.

This temporary role offers leadership exposure, on-the-job training, and the chance to gain experience within a fast-paced retail environment during peak season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations.
