Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our store leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and sales growth.

This temporary role offers hands-on leadership experience during peak periods or leadership leave coverage. You will train and develop associates, supervise daily activities, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while partnering with

Responsibilities

Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service at checkout and on the floor.
Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and maintain fast, friendly checkouts.
Oversee daily store activities and drive sales while managing staff and operations.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf availability.
Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and cover leadership gaps when needed.
Maintain store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
