Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist with front end operations, cash management, merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales while stepping into Manager On Duty responsibilities as needed.

The role focuses on training crew, overseeing daily activities, stocking, and maintaining store standards during peak seasons. This is a temporary management position with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
• Assists with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues.
• Operates opening/closing of the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Occasionally manages the opening/closing process as needed.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance (garbage, sweeping, bathrooms, stock room).
