The role supports onboarding, drives sales, and collaborates with store leadership on merchandising. The position is hourly and requires flexibility across day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the best customer experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and ensures daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks.
