Job summary

Five Below in Philadelphia seeks an Interim Support Lead to join the store leadership team. You will support front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety, while delivering the WOW customer experience during peak periods.

You’ll train teammates, supervise daily activities, act as Manager on Duty when needed, open/close procedures, and collaborate with the store leadership to boost sales and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast placement on floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and helps control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
