Job summary

Five Below seeks an Interim Support Lead to guide front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety. You will step into Manager on Duty roles during shifts and help drive sales while supporting the team through peak periods.

This temporary leadership role emphasizes coaching associates, maintaining store standards, and delivering a WOW customer experience. Candidates with prior retail management experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service at checkout and in-store experiences.
• Train staff on BEST customer service standards and efficient checkout processes.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance to maintain high service levels.
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts and handle store operations and safety.
