Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead who reports to the Store Manager to help run front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety. You will drive sales and ensure a WOW customer experience on the sales floor.

The role includes Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts, training new associates, and supporting peak season coverage. This temporary position offers leadership growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew deliver WOW customer service at checkout.
• Trains crew on BE.S.T. customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality service.
• Manages stock receiving, unpacking and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
