Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience and lead front-end operations at our Louisville store. The role covers cash management, merchandising, safety, and daily leadership duties as a temporary member of the management team during peak periods.

You will be responsible for managing openings/closings, training associates, and supporting a fast-paced environment with a focus on driving sales and maintaining a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide outstanding customer service and train on the BEST experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor stocked.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close procedures including cash security and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and staffing.
• Maintain store upkeep and safety standards.
