Job summary

Five Below seeks an Interim Support Lead to assist the Store Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise front-end operations, cash controls, merchandising, and safety, while stepping in as Manager on Duty during shifts.

The role involves training crew, driving sales, optimizing merchandising, and partnering with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations during peak seasons. This is a temporary, hourly position based in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a retail setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Willingness to train crew on customer service standards.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer experience with personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service process; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor merchandised.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; manage store operations and staffing.
• Open/close store procedures: cash handling, alarms, and security.
