Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our store leadership team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will mentor crew, oversee front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, safety and daily sales driving initiatives.

This temporary role also covers Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts. You’ll gain leadership experience during peak seasons or while covering a leave, partnering with the store leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience and operational

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service experience.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service principles.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed for store operations.
• Open or close the store securely and prepare for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
