Five Below Linden is seeking an Interim Support Lead to assist with front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, and safety. This role also covers Manager On Duty responsibilities during assigned shifts and requires a proactive, customer-first mindset.

You will help onboard and train associates, drive store sales, and support a smooth opening/closing routine while collaborating with the store leadership team to maintain a WOW customer experience.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Wow customers with personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service experience and checkout speed.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
