Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our store team in the United States. Reporting to the Store Manager, this temporary role brings leadership during peak seasons, guiding front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, safety, and guest experiences.

You will act as Manager on Duty during shifts, train crew, open/close the store, and partner with the leadership team to drive sales while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers with personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed; takes responsibility for operations.
• Opens/closes the store; manages cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
