Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Creative thinking to solve daily store challenges.
• Experience in management or supervising teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service, ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for sale floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store ops and staff.
• Open/close store processes, secure cash, and ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Maintain store maintenance tasks and cleanliness.
