Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead in Linden, NJ to assist with front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, and customer service. You will also assume Manager On Duty responsibilities during shifts, helping guide the team through busy periods and ensuring a WOW customer experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check out experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Occasionally manages opening/closing with daily operations readiness and standards.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and service quality.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
