Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to guide store operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise front-end activities, assist with merchandizing, and take on Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and related devices.
• Oversee the daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
• Drive sales and assist with merchandising and customer service.
