Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our Massachusetts store team. The role supports front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales while stepping in as Manager on Duty during shifts.

The position offers temporary leadership experience during peak periods, with responsibility for coaching staff, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and with excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
