Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to guide front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and guest experience. This temporary role includes Manager On Duty duties during shifts and leading a team toward strong sales during peak periods.

The position emphasizes high energy, effective communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment in Mobile, AL. Previous management experience is preferred and the role is hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and assist with onboarding and training.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and manage store operations.
• Drive sales through merchandising and staff performance.
• Support Manager On Duty responsibilities during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock placement, and safety procedures.
