Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew deliver WOW customer service at checkout and on the floor.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service standards for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high standards of service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations during shifts.
• Opens/closes the store, manages cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
