Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead in our store in New Orleans to uphold exceptional customer experiences and lead front-end operations. You will assist with cash handling, merchandising, safety, and daily store activities while covering Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.

Your role includes training crew, driving sales, and overseeing stock flow. A flexible schedule, including days/evenings/weekends, is expected, with the goal of maintaining a WOW customer experience.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and general housekeeping.
