Five Below Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead to support store operations in New Orleans. You will assist with front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety, while stepping into Manager On Duty duties during shifts.

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service at the checkout and on the floor.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and efficient checkout processes.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts and handle operational issues.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and merchandising.
