Five Below seeks an Interim Support Lead to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety while stepping into Manager On Duty duties during shifts.

This temporary leadership role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and weekend availability are assumed.

Responsabilidades

• Wow customers with personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Partner with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance and safety checks.
