Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train crew, supervise daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service at checkout and on the floor.

Responsibilities include stock receiving, merchandising, opening/closing duties, and ongoing training. The role requires leadership, multitasking, and the ability to manage pressure while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train crew to deliver fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and cleanliness.
