Job summary

Five Below is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead crew members and ensure top-tier customer service. You will train staff, oversee daily operations, and manage stock and store opening/closing activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to place items on the sales floor efficiently.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to learn store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room organization.
