Job summary

Five Below seeks an on-site manager to lead crew in delivering exceptional customer service and to act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff. You will train associates, manage opening/closing duties, and drive sales while controlling expenses in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong communication, multitasking, and composure under pressure are essential as you engage customers, optimize merchandising, and support the leadership team across Day-to-day store activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
