Job summary

Five Below is seeking a hardworking manager-in-training to help deliver a wow customer experience. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, and ensure stock is properly received and displayed on the sales floor.

You may act as the Manager on Duty and support store operations, staffing, and safety. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and a comfort with fast-paced tasks in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide excellent customer service and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Train crew on customer service standards and company procedures.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance to meet service goals.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to maintain sales floor readiness.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations and safety.
