Job summary

Equinix is seeking an Interconnection Sales Specialist in Ashburn, VA to lead architecture-based sales for a broad interconnection portfolio, designing how networks, clouds, and AI workloads connect.

You will work with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and engineers to land repeatable architectures that deliver measurable business value and customer outcomes across the Equinix ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling network, cloud, data-center, or interconnection solutions to NSPs, carriers, ISPs, or enterprises.
• Architecture depth in WAN, peering, cloud connectivity and hybrid multicloud.
• Ability to design a solution with customer architects and produce deliverable blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead design conversations with customer network, cloud and infra architects.
• Map customer needs to interconnection architectures and designs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on presales feasibility and blueprints.
• Register architecture scope early and drive to production circuit and blueprint.
