Equinix in the United States is seeking an Interconnection Sales Specialist to drive revenue across our full interconnection portfolio for Financial Services accounts. You will design architectures with customers, coordinating across Solution Architects, SEs, and account teams to land scalable blueprints on Platform Equinix.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling network, cloud, data center, AI infra, or similar to enterprise/financial services.
• Architecture depth in WAN, routing, peering, cloud connectivity and hybrid multicloud.
• Ability to design a customer architecture with a blueprint others can deliver.
• Executive presence with technical buyers and business decision makers.
• Experience collaborating with account teams and partners to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design conversations with customer network, cloud and infra architects.
• Map customer needs to proven interconnection architectures and blueprints.
• Partner with Solution Architects on presales feasibility and design.
• Register architecture scope early and drive from commitment to production.
• Build value cases and metrics showing business impact of the architecture.
• Engage CIOs/CTOs and enterprise stakeholders across financial services sectors.
• Design interconnection architectures improving trading, cloud adoption, and resilience.
