Job summary

Equinix seeks an Interconnection Sales Specialist to drive architecture-led interconnection revenue across NSP accounts, designing end-to-end network solutions and landings on Platform Equinix. You’ll collaborate with AEs, Solution Architects, and TACs to pull-through for the team and deliver durable architectural wins.

The role emphasizes design-first selling, cross-team collaboration, and a deep understanding of multicloud, edge, and AI workloads in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling network, cloud, or interconnection solutions to providers and enterprises.
• Experience designing architectures with customer architects and writing blueprints.
• Strong credibility with technical buyers and business decision makers.
• Proven track record working with account teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design conversations with customer network, cloud and infrastructure architects.
• Map needs to proven interconnection architectures and blueprints.
• Partner with Solution Architects on presales feasibility and design.
• Register architecture scope early and drive from commitment to production.
• Build value cases showing business impact to buyers.
• Engage with CTOs, network architects, and leaders to align interconnection strategies.
• Design architectures improving reach, cloud access, and customer experience.
