Job summary

Elastic is seeking an IC Sr. Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for sales, customers, and partners. You will understand and solve customer issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the Elastic community, and enable sales through Partners.

A successful SA will continuously learn and improve the team. You will maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products, guide technical wins, and travel as required within the region and internationally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Implementation experience with Cloud platforms using web and AI technologies, particularly cloud-based, high-performance solutions.
• A real passion for being curious and a continuous learner.
• A history of successful customer relations and architectures meeting goals or solving problems.
• An ability to influence and convince teams of ideas, technologies, or patterns.
• Willingness to travel 25% within region, and occasionally internationally.
• Experience working in the US Intelligence Community.
• Active TS/SCI with FSP security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
• Building a comprehensive understanding of customers’ goals and articulating how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Creating and owning value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participating in all phases of planning and execution for the territory, from discovery to the technical win.
• Developing deep understanding of Elastic products to demonstrate value in sales meetings and events.
• Advising the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Developing both sales and technical skills through education and Elastic’s professional development opportunities.
