Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to be a technical authority for our sales teams, customers, partners and community. You will tackle customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, support regional events, and enable sales through partners.

Qualifications

• Technical presales experience selling and implementing technology.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and software.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Proven customer relationship skills with architectural design experience.
• Ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers.
• Understand customer goals and map Elastic offerings to needs.
• Build value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products in meetings and at events such as meetups and conferences.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners in sales cycles.
• Collaborate to tailor collateral and programs for client needs.
• Voice of customer to engineering and leadership teams.
• Pursue self-driven learning and leverage Elastic development opportunities.
