Job summary

Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies unit, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for turnkey integrated RF systems. You will own end-to-end specs, collaborate with hardware/software teams, and manage the lifecycle of PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

Based in the Irvine area, this hybrid role requires travel up to 25-50% and supports remote work from eligible US locations.

Qualifications

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular technical requirements.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications and system-level trade-offs for integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to leverage radios for turnkey systems.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features.
• Conduct technical analysis of customer feature requests and assess engineering timelines.
• Oversee lifecycle and releases for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
