Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive integrated solutions from concept to deployment. You will own system-level requirements, performance specs, and turnkey integrations (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS) across defense, aerospace, and wireless markets.

Based in Irvine, CA with hybrid work and occasional US travel, you will coordinate with R&D, sales, and operations to deliver mission-critical capabilities and ensure field readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government contracts.

Mansioni

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specs and trade-offs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS turnkey solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to build seamless turnkey systems.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules of portfolio from concept to deployment.
