Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth of the Integrated Solutions portfolio.

This role translates complex defense requirements into turnkey system-level specifications and intuitive operator experiences across PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or EMS operations.
• Ability to translate military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Product Definition & Technical Execution: translate high-level requirements into granular software/user stories and hardware configurations.
• Turnkey Solutions Integration: define end-to-end performance specs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and related integrations.
• Engineering Liaison: collaborate with hardware/software teams to leverage radios into turnkey systems.
• Sprint & Backlog Ownership: manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences.
• Scope & Trade-off Analysis: analyze customer requests and balance timelines with field expectations.
• Integrated Portfolio Lifecycle Management: oversee lifecycle of PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS from concept to deployment.
• Post-launch Performance: drive product adoption and revenue growth with Sales.
