Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth. You will own system-level specs, turnkey integrations (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS), and cross-functional execution across hardware and software teams in a hybrid Irvine, CA environment with US remote possibilities.

You will manage sprint planning and backlog for integrated solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or spectrum operations.
Ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.
Proven track record of influencing cross-functional engineering, operations, and sales teams to meet release dates.
Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
Define end-to-end performance specifications and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions such as PRISM, AIRS and NEXUS.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to leverage radios into turnkey systems.
Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features and platform firmware builds.
Manage scope boundaries and trade-offs to balance schedule constraints against field expectations.
Oversee the technical lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future integrated solutions.
Partner with Sales, BD, and Applications Engineering to translate operator feedback into feature priorities.
Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
