Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for integrated portfolios. You will own system-level specs, throughput KPIs, and turnkey productization supporting PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

You will bridge tactical integration needs with engineering execution, manage backlogs, and collaborate across R&D, operations, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• Experience translating military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications for integrated solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS) for turnkey systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to leverage radios and modules into turnkey systems.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
• Drive product adoption and collaborate with Sales to generate revenue growth.
