Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies in Irvine, CA, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements and market adoption for integrated solutions. You will own end-to-end specs, system-level trade-offs, and customer engagement for PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

You will bridge R&D, engineering, and sales to deliver turnkey configurations, coordinate with field testing, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
Strong knowledge of wireless RF, mesh networking, SDRs, and system integration.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configs.
Define end-to-end specs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and turnkey solutions.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to reuse radios in turnkey systems.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences.
