Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue for turnkey RF/middleware packages. You will own system-level specs, KPI definitions, and partner with engineering to deliver PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS integrations across US markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless sectors.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: translate mission capabilities into granular software/hardware specs.
• Turnkey Solutions Integration: define end-to-end performance specs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS; engage customers to expand market reach.
• Engineering Liaison: collaborate with hardware and software teams to turn radios into turnkey systems.
• Sprint & Backlog Ownership: manage planning, grooming, and releases for integrated solutions.
• Scope & Trade-off Analysis: evaluate feature requests against timelines and field needs.
• Integrated Portfolio Lifecycle Management: oversee PRISM/NEXUS/AIRS from concept to deployment.
• Post-launch Performance: drive adoption; partner with Sales to grow revenue; collect feedback for updates.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: align R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM with strategy and costs.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing, integrations, and customer meetings.
