Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to drive new business, manage client relationships, and sell a full portfolio of broadcast, digital, and event solutions from our Butte office. This full-time in-office role rewards performance with a competitive compensation plan and strong growth potential.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a proven track record of hitting goals, and excellent presentation and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
