Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive for a full-time, in-office role in El Paso. You will prospect, close, and manage a portfolio of broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships for local businesses.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in sales, a proven closing track record, and strong presentation skills, with a BA/BS preferred. A valid driver's license is required to operate client visits and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
