Qualifications

• Experience in health care admin, financial, or insurance customer service.
• Ability to manage staff performance and conduct meetings.
• Proficiency with data entry, reports, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff are trained and held accountable to standards and goals.
• Resolves questions from phone calls and identifies root causes.
• Maintains knowledge of HME products/services and department goals.
• Sets and maintains department standards under the Manager guidance.
• Leads staff meetings and supports training/remediation as needed.
• Evaluates performance with key metrics and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Manages budget and expenses; prepares reports for leadership.
• Supports patient experience objectives and on-boarding of staff.
