Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking an Intake Lead to supervise the centralized intake function for our growing Home Health network across multiple locations. You will manage daily operations, ensure timely referrals processing, and optimize patient access and conversion.

This role blends hands‑on intake responsibilities with team leadership, coaching, onboarding, and performance monitoring while ensuring adherence to Medicare/Medicaid, payer requirements, and high standards of service for referral

Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare intake or related operational experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance verification preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily intake operations across multiple Home Health locations.
• Oversee referral processing, eligibility and admissions.
• Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, case managers, account executives and internal teams to obtain documentation.
• Monitor KPIs such as referral response time, conversion rates, and admission timeliness.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for intake staff and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulations.
